their campaigns to achieve higher ROI.

Who are we looking for?

Rasooc is looking for someone that is digitally savvy on multiple social media platforms, have an
experienced marketing mind, displays a positive & professional attitude and knows the influencer
world

Responsibilities:

 Research and identify key influencers within verticals

 Closing influencer agreements including but not limited to negotiating fair rates for content
 Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies
 Be in charge of building and managing your pipeline to ensure the achievement of set
objectives.
 Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your influencers.
 Manage analytical tools to track and evaluate performance - Achieve coverage ROI target
 Lead daily, weekly and monthly reporting on results (posts, reach, traffic, conversions etc)
 Provide feedback and monitor influencer activity
 Liaising with cross functional team to create and coordinate creative briefs for influencers
 Be an effective self-starter and ensure all campaigns are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-
oriented
 Manage payments and contracts for influencers
 Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users and brainstorm
new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
Requirements:

 Fresh graduate with marketing/media/communication majors

 Proven ability to work remotely and excel with limited supervision.
 Ability to initiate, manage & monetize relationships with influencers
 Advanced knowledge of social media trends and technology as well as how these can be
used to identify and build relationships with best-fit influencers. Eg, Instagram,Tiktok.
 Outstanding project management skills
 Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The role involves liaising with
colleagues, influencers, and management across territories, so strong written and verbal
skills are paramount
Salary Package: 40K-45K
