If you are currently seeking or intend to seek permanent resident status at any point during your anticipated tenure in this program, you must disclose such intent at the time of submitting this Agreement and you will not be permitted to apply for the Graduate Program affiliated with Rio Grande University. 2, ENROLLMENT 2.1 You are required to provide documentation that you are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) exam by the nursing regulatory body (NRB) by submitting a copy of your Authorization to Test (ATT) email. The ATT is valid for average length of time, 90 days, and failure to obtain a valid ATT by the second semester is cause for termination from the program. 2.2 You are required to obtain your Ohio state RN License by the end of the second semester of your first year in the program. Failure to obtain your Ohio state RN license is cause for immediate termination from the program. LEGAL. 3.1 The law, including the statutes of limitation, of the state of Ohio will govern this Agreement, the interpretation and enforcement of its terms and any claim or cause of action (in law or equity), controversy or dispute arising out of or related to it or its negotiation, execution or performance, whether based on contract, tort, statutory or other law, in each case without giving effect to any conflicts-of-law or other principle requiring the application of the law of any other jurisdiction.
