Thank you for choosing to take your Pen and paper based IELTS test with IDP Education India Pvt.Ltd.. Your place has
now been confirmed and please note that your  Pen and paper based IELTS test will be held over two separate days.
You must attend both test sessions to complete the Pen and paper based IELTS test.

Your Speaking Test will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 3:00PM

at:  Hotel Gulmor Ferozepur Rd, Bharat Nagar Chowk, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001

You must bring your current, valid passport with you to the Speaking test. 
You must arrive 20 minutes before your Speaking test time.

Please note: Speaking test Schedule cannot be changed.

It is mandatory to wear mask during the entire speaking test. We recommend you to practice speaking with your
mask on, so that you can comfortably speak during the speaking test with proper voice clarity.
Your Writing, Listening and Reading Test will be held on Thursday,16 Feb 2023 from 11:15 AM

at:  Hotel Gulmor C1


      Basement Hall, Ferozepur Rd, Bharat Nagar, Chowk, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001

Registration starts at 11:15 AM and closes at 12:30 PM. Test commences at 1:00 PM SHARP . No
candidate would be allowed to enter the test premises after 12:30 PM , so request you to please be on
time.
You must bring your current, valid passport to the test. Certified copies will not be accepted.  If you do
not have your passport you will not be able to sit the test and you will not be given a refund.

Announcement:

We are delighted to inform you that IDP has taken a digital leap and shall be issuing only electronic test report form
(eTRF) for all test formats. You will be able to access your electronic test report form by simply visiting your
candidate login section after 2-3 working days from the result declaration date.

Personal Items such as handbags, laptops, wrist watches, mobile phones and other electronic devices are prohibited
in the test room. IDP Education India Pvt Ltd takes no liability for any such items.

Your health & safety is paramount to us and the test day team would ensure to maintain social distancing during test
day registration, at left luggage counter and during hall entry. On Writing, Listening, Reading & speaking test day,
please ensure to bring a face mask covering your mouth and nose, & wear it throughout the test. You will be
requested to remove your mask only during photo identification & verification purposes. We would appreciate your
co-operation with the test day team and follow the test day rules and regulations.

Please note, if you are suffering from cough, fever or having breathing difficulties, please do not attend your test.
Keeping health and safety of all test takers in mind, your entry to test venue may be denied for suspected ailment
(cough, cold, flu, sneezing etc.).

It is mandatory for all the candidates to install Aarogya Setu application designed by Indian government on their
mobile devices before visiting the test center on both speaking and Writing, Listening, Reading test date. You will not
be allowed to sit the test, if this application is not pre-installed on your mobile device. The test day team would be
using this application to provide safe environment for all of us and your entry to the test premises would depend on
the status reflecting on this application.

We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in minimizing the spread of Novel Coronavirus & keeping
ourselves healthy.

Important Notes:

Parents and Guardians are strictly not allowed inside test venue, we urge you not to accompany anyone at the
test venue.
