 ▪ This project is made up of several modules.
▪ Module 1: Main Gate

 First, “The Factory” starts with a
Main Gate. They used this gate to
differentiate the type of workers
(robots) that will enter in the
factory.

Each worker (automatic robots)

had a designated area to work on
and a difference code on it:

- One robot GREEN to

start/stop the factory
- Second robot RED to store
the finished products
 In order to start the factory, GREEN
robot pushed a button to start the
factory.
They built the factory. Initially, they
used the materials prepared on
Earth. Later, they only had to bring
the raw materials necessary for the
factory.

The factory process starts

with a feeder. This station
will only contain the basic
raw materials.
 The conveyor belt will
move the parts from
station to station.

The maximum amount

of weight is 1500kg.

The first assembly station is

made out of a robot and two
additional feeders. One for
each additional component.
The second station is the
hydraulic press. It is used to
make sure the the components
are correctly pressed.

The final step of the assembly

part of the factory is the the
storage area of the finished
product.
After the production is done, one
of the robots that made it past
the main gate is in charge of
taking away the box containing
all the finised products and store
them away
2. The higher-technology industries performed better and recovered
faster. They thought that it will be a perfect idea to make a project on the
moon. A project named Moon Camp.

The Moon Camp seeks to build resilient

infrastructure, promote sustainable
industrialization and foster innovation.
 The last year, the astronauts
were sent to the moon to build
the Moon Camp. They wanted
to extend the life from Earth to
the moon.

This year, they built a car

factory to explore the moon
and to rebuild parts of the
Moon Camp if it will be the
case.

1.b The location is selected because It has permanent sun

exposure which offers resources for solar panels (with the
exception of eclipses, when the energy can be stored);

The main power resource is considered to be

from the sun.The energy is produced
considering photovoltaic panels. To have a
continuous source of energy, the panels are
mounted on pivots to rotate them like a
sunflower after the sun.

A transport with robots – they will bring

the materials for the modules – 3D
printing (a module is a room).

For the factory,

2. Our Moon Camp will provide all the necessaries
resources and materials.

Water is from recycling system (from human biological Power is from solar panels (
waste) and lunar ice(heated drill to break the ice). panels are mounted on pivots, to
have continues sources of power).
Food is from from Greenhouse(the astronauts will plant
spirulina because it grows very fast). Air is from From the plants
from Greenhouse( it is stored in
. canisters for misiones).

Materials- from the factory

 Section 4
1. In the astronauts program I would include fizic workout and
brain workout .

For fizic workout I would include:,20 squats, 30 minutes of

running, break, 20 sit-ups, 20 pushups and 20 minutes of
jumping jex.

For brain workout I would include:10 math problems and 10

logical problems.
