MEMORANDUM

FOR : PROVINCIAL DIRECTORS OF CAVITE, LAGUNA AND RIZAL

SUBJECT : JOINT MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1, S. 2021 IMPLEMENTING

GUIDELINES FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT TO CITIES AND
MUNICIPALITIES IN THE NCR PLUS AREA

DATE : April 3, 2020

This has reference to the Memorandum dated April 1, 2021 from Jonathan E. Malaya,
Undersecretary for Plans, Public Affairs, and Communications, Chair, Task Group
Governance, NTF COVID-19, regarding the abovementioned subject. This serves as the
Implementing guidelines in the implementation of the financial assistance of P1,000.00 per
individual, with a maximum of P 4,000.00 per family, to residents affected by the Enhanced
Community Quarantine in “NCR Plus Areas”.

Relative to this, kindly facilitate the accomplishment of the monitoring report

template using google sheet entitled "DILG-DSWD-DND JMC 2021-01 Monitoring", which
may be accessed via the link: https://tinyurl.com/DILG-DSWD-DND-JMCMonitoring not
later than 3:00pm daily starting April 5, 2021 onwards, unless notice to the contrary is
issued. Data submitted beyond the stated time will be included in the report for the next day.

Moreover, provincial consolidation shall also be submitted daily at 4:00 pm and

emailed to dilg4a.lgmed@gmail.com.

Further, you are hereby directed to cause the widest dissemination of the said Joint
Memorandum Circular to all LGUs and others concerned under your respective areas of
jurisdiction for their guidance and appropriate actions.
