Good day!

This has reference to the Supplementary Feeding Program of the DSWD which is being
implemented in Biñan City.

Please be informed that prior to the opening of classes in the Child Development
Centers of Biñan city, the DSWD FO IV-A has been requesting the number of
beneficiaries that the city has, which we complied and submitted. Our initial submitted
beneficiaries have a total of 3,010 beneficiaries.

However, with the announcement of the ECCD council’s face-to-face classes thus, the
influx to the number of enrollees that we have from 3,010 to 3,473 beneficiaries.

It is in this light that we are humbly requesting for augmentation of funds from your
office for the implementation of Supplemental Feeding Program in our city.

Looking forward to your usual kind consideration and subsequent approval of this
request.
