Greetings of Peace!
We, the Bachelor in Public Administration 4th Year students of Bicol University Jesse
M. Robredo Institute of Governance and Development are currently undertaking the
accomplishment of our thesis entitled, “ASSESSMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS OF CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL BICOL INC. IN
LEGAZPI CITY” towards our degree in the said course and working in the revision of our
study congruent to the suggestions accounted by the BUJMRIGD Committee on Research
Defense.

In line with the study, may we respectfully seek approval in accommodating our
administration of the prepared questionnaire herewith among the selected beneficiaries of CC4
Homapon in Legazpi City and the implementers and volunteers of CIBI programs for the Key
Informant Interview and Focus Group Discussion. The answers of the respondents will provide
us significant information in the contribution of CIBI in the communities of Legazpi. May we
also humbly seek for Master list of beneficiaries, accomplishment reports, pertinent documents
of programs implemented in the year 2019-2021of your organization.
