You are advised to furnish Performance Security in the Office of General Manager,
Barora Area in the form as detailed in Clause-4 of 'Conditions of Contract (General terms
&conditions)' of the Tender document for an amount of Rs. 2,74,02,469/- (Rupees Two
Crore Seventy Four Lakh Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Nine Only), within 21 (twenty
one) days of issue of this Letter of Acceptance (i.e. on or before 11.05.2023) to enable the
Area to issue a formal Work Order to you and slgning of the contract Agreement.

You are also advised to return a copy of the Letter of Acceptance duly signed with
date and seal as a token of your acceptance within a week (seven days) from the date of
receipt of this Letter of Acceptance.
In case of failure to submit the Performance Security within the stipulated time as
above, following action shall be taken against you:
i. Award' of the work shall be cancelled including other actions as per provisions
of the NIT/ Tender document.
ii. Additionally, you shall be banned for minimum one year from being eligible to
submit bids in CIL and its subsidiaries from the date of issue of such letter.
