CONDITIONS:
1. In the event when the final Absolute Deed of Sale is done, down payment
is required, which is 50% from the total value of the property. From this, 25% is to
be given to the broker, but it is deductible from the over price.
2. This authority will expire with the termination of the period stated, unless
extended by the undersigned in writing.
4. The principal brokers (as mentioned above) whom this authority is given
is responsible to his partner/associate for any monetary consideration generated
from this sale.
5. This authority is exclusive and irrevocable for Ms. Virginia Hanrieder
and if any other broker is designated by the owner to sell the property, the
commission (5%) from the final price due to Ms. Hanrieder’s group must also be
paid by the owner.
6. The brokers/seller shall protect and hold the undersigned free from any
claims, liens, and obligations from any brokers and agents registered under his/her
network.
8. In case of the final sales, all the expenses encountered by Ms. Hanrieder
group will be liquidated and be paid by the owner.
