Attached are: (1) your unsigned document you sent to my ADA Clients in

violation of the ADA interference Act which is a crime and (2) the documents that I sent

on behalf of my ADA Client, NICKY SENN under TITLES II and III of the 1990 ADA Act.

I am sure you know that your for-profit court cannot continue to collect ADA funds

and deny ADA Rights. You can NEVER deny ADA HUMAN RIGHTS unless you are

going broke. The last time I checked, your for-profit courts weren’t going broke.

You are making a profit by collecting ADA funds (and children) and denying ADA

rights. Please kindly read Executive order 13164 which you obviously don’t follow.

Secondly, here is the oath that you violated by sending my client’s documents

back to her [NICKY SENN] vs me.

28 U.S. Code § 951 - Oath of Office of Clerks and Deputies

Each clerk of court and his deputies shall take the following oath or affirmation
before entering upon their duties: “I, ___ ___, having been appointed ___, do
solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will truly and faithfully enter and record all
 orders, decrees, judgments, and proceedings of such court, and will
faithfully and impartially discharge all other duties of my office according to the
best of my abilities and understanding. So help me, God.”

Third, I am sure you [the judges, magistrates, and Attorneys] know if you violate your

oath of office/CHARTER, you forfeit the right to work as a clerk… And ignorance is not

an excuse. Also, kindly tell whomever your boss is that they are in violation of 42 USC

1986 for guiding you to commit TREASON!

Americans deserve better

BOTTOM LINE: I am resending my ADA client’s full packet again under TITLES

II AND III of the 1990 ADA Act. I also posted your crime and the packet again on scribe

I request 1990 ADA Reasonable Accommodations Again for my disabled client,

NICKY SENN – Do not EVER tell my ADA clients to follow your rules. Not when you get

ADA dollars and make a profit off the disabled!

Lastly, Kindly step down after you post the attached documents on the record for

the world to see your criminality.
