franchises in Florida and California. From market research it shows that The United States of America is
the most invested country worldwide in skincare, California being the most invested state followed by
Florida. The most searched products are cleansers, serums, anti-aging creams, moisturizers, and
exfoliators, 4/5 we sell. Serums having 3,000,110 searches and a 49% yearly increase, which is one of
our popular products in St. Kitts and Nevis. Retinol, found in our facial serums, is the third most favorite
agent in The U.S.A. . Retinol is known for its anti-aging benefits, hence Florida has the risk of sun
damage, (a known cause for anti-aging). Furthermore, men’s skincare interest has risen over the years,
as skincare companies are currently recording profits in the billions, growing year-on-year by 16%. This
shows that males will be on the lookout, eager to try out different products from our line especially in
local and international regions. Eventhough there are many competitions in the USA, people would
prefer vegan and cruelty products and not toxic chemicals in higher skincare brands. To open these
branches and products, we will need to implement more employees, and a honest partner willing to run
the franchises while we operate in St. Kitts & Nevis. Our strengths are unique production, great social
media marketing, our ability to scale sustainably and our assets will assist us in achieving our goals. Also,
with the help of our business analytics manager, Chadene Allen who will implement a customer
relationship management (CRM) to manage and analyze customer interactions and data. as a result, will
improve customer service relationships and assist in customer retention and drive sales growth and also
the help of our marketing materials such as giveaway boxes, emails, social media graphics etc. to assist
the sales. The GLOganics owners will keep track using tax, net income and sales throughout the year,
meetings to discuss sales will occur every month to make sure everything is going well with the business
analytics manager and if any challenges are faced.
