Audio/visual problems:(how will you deal with sound/visual interruptions from passing cars, the
public, road works, airplanes/trains, police sirens, wind, general interruptions to filming and audio)

Some things that might interrupt our filming like Seagulls, Car horns, Loud Vehicle Noises and vans
getting In the way, if that happens then we’ll wait until they’re gone

Weather conditions: (could the weather affect your filming in any way?)

If it rains then we will use umbrellas to protect the equipment and shelter the crew.

Continuity: (is anything about the location likely to change during the shoot or if you return to it to
film more than once? E.g., roadworks in 1 st shot/ gone in next, poster on wall/gone in next shot)

There might be cars that are in one shot and none in the next, and it might be cloudy in one shot and
clear skies in the next

Electricity/Lighting issues: (will you need an electricity supply and is there access to one? Is lighting
adequate or does it need altering?

We will not be needing an electricity supply as camera and sound recorder is powered by batteries,
Lighting won’t need altering as well because we will be using natural light for this.
Set dressing: (does your set contain everything you want to show in your scene or will it need
something else adding to it to have the impact you want?)

The Actors should Wear their costumes and the crew can wear whatever they want

Welfare: (can your crew/talent get refreshments, are there toilets near, is it far? do they need to
stay overnight near filming location?)

There are a bunch of restaurants, chippies and shops on the seafront, nearest toilets from where we
are going to be at is in the sovereign centre, we also made filming times easy for everyone as some
aren’t available for a lot of the filming times

Parking/Public transport to location: (how will the crew/talent get to the location? Is there parking
or a bus/train station nearby?)

The Nearest Bus Stop is the Winter Gardens for the 1, 7 and 50, For the X1 and X5 it’s Marine
Parade and for the 3, 20, and A3 it’s the Bus Station
