I would like to inform you that, after 33 years at Woods & Water, I have accepted a position in
the internal medicine unit at South Mountain Medical Clinic, in Phoenix, Arizona, beginning the
1st of April.

I appreciate the loyalty you have shown me over the years. Woods & Water Medical Center is
fortunate to have a talented internal medicine department that can continue providing the
quality health care you expect from our organization.
