    SUBJECT: Joint Commission Visit

    Good afternoon:

    The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Hospitals (JCAHO) will visit our facility from
    Monday, January 15, to Friday, January 19. Unfortunately, we will not be accepting any
    vacation requests for these days.

    We need to come together and show our Woods & Water family spirit! During this time, each
    employee will work on an assigned task. If you have any questions regarding your role, please
    see your department head(s).
