April 16, 2013 Dear Sir / Madam: Greetings of peace!

We, in the Iloilo Mission Hospital Diabetes Clinic, aim to commit ourselves to serve the community in love through holistic healing, training, and preaching ministries. We bestow to our clients the totality of care this institution can offer. This coming May would be the month for our mothers, the persons who brought life and nurtured us throughout our existence. In this regard, we will be sharing to them the value of the Madonnas of the clinic. We would like to ask from your good Office any assistance and support that you can extend to reach out sixty mothers to make the celebration of their Day memorable and successful. We are looking forward to your positive response and benevolent service you could provide. God bless and MORE POWER! Respectfully yours,

ARLENE JOY VALLEJO, MD Physician-in-charge, Diabetes Clinic
