Ingredients to make arrachera hamburger:

4 units of hamburger bun

1 kilogram of flank steak

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon garlic powder

45 grams of butter

5 pieces of cambray onion

Sliced tomato to taste

cheese to taste

lettuce to taste

mayonnaise to taste

mustard to taste

ketchup sauce to taste

1 pinch of thyme

How to make arrachera hamburger:

1 Begin the hamburger recipe by preparing the marinated flank steak. To do this, in a bowl
mix melted butter, a teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of rosemary, 1 teaspoon of thyme,
a pinch of pepper and a little salt.

2- Then, place the flank steak in the container with spices and varnish the meat very well,
cover with a cloth or transparent plastic and let it marinate for at least 1 hour so that the meat
is well impregnated with the spices.

3-Once the flank steak is ready, it’s time to cook it. There are two options to make the burger,
you can grill the meat directly on the grill or pan, or you can pass it to a food processor to grind
it. In both cases, cook on both sides until you get the cooking term you prefer.

4-When the flank steak is already cooked, place it on aluminum foil, cover well so that it rests
and releases its juices.

5-While the meat rests, in a pan with a little oil, fry the cambray onion until it is slightly
browned. It will be enough with about 3 minutes moving constantly, then remove from the
heat and reserve.

6-Now all that remains is to assemble the hamburger, heat the bread on the grill with a little
butter to toast it lightly. When it is ready, assemble the bread base, spread mayonnaise to
taste, then place the meat, cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato.
7-Serve the flank steak burger accompanied with ketchup sauce, mustard and chili to taste.
