 According to this Pareto chart, the Oxycodone is the medication consequences in
most of incidents with 854 cases. Other chemical medication belongs to 80% group of
this Pareto chart are Morphine and Fentanyl with 723 and 587 cases, respectively. The
rest of the medication list such as Insulin, Paracetamol and others belongs to the 20%
group.

After counting the frequency of each defection causes, it is assumed that when
violating each of the cause, the manufacturing must pay a corresponding penalty
cost. Therefore, to determine the statistical result of this data, the Pareto chart is
 constructed with the value of Total Penalty Cost (the product between Penalty
Cost and The Frequency). The above chart illustrated that the 80% group includes
“Cancel” and “Out of Stock Violation” with $22,500 and $20,000 penalty cost,
respectively. The other factor causes $ 56,000 penalty cost in total.
