CIRCULAR

Subject: Instructions for approved LBI/TBI Projects under ASPIRE

Scheme - regarding.

Secretary (MSME) has laid emphasis on the following for strict compliance of
all approved LBI & TBI projects during the meetings of SSCof ASPIRE:-

i. All the approved LBIs should adhere to timelines of the projects;

n. Finalize trades as per capacities of the centres;

iii. Follow the strict purchase conditions for machineries as per GFR or
State Financial Regulations to avoid any irregularities;

iv. Incubation Centres must ensure that applicants are screened properly
before being taken on-board to avoid any non-serious candidates
joining the incubation leading to lesser conversion;

v. Minimum fees may be charged by all the LBIs so that the incubation
does not happen free of cost and the centres also become self-
sustainable over a period of time;

VI. Regular uploading of data and progress/inspection report on the web-

portal (www.aspiremsme.gov.in) by individual LBIs/TBIs;
