Pengenalan Jati Diri

First of all, I would like to thank you very much for your time and second opportunity in
the interview given today.
my name is nurul muchlisin al'asy'ari.
I come from a small village called Repok Perine in Central Lombok.
My educational background is English education.
My daily activity is as an English teacher at a private school near the village where I live,
in Central Lombok. and it has been running since 2014. Apart from being a teacher, I
also have the task of being a vice principal in the curriculum field since 2017 until now.
Then, the next thing I want to say is that I am a person who has a dream to continue
studying abroad to increase experience and knowledge, especially in the field of
education. and by that experience and knowledge I can contribute more to the
environment where I live and where I work.

2. Kelemahan dan Kekurangan

related to the strengths that I have.

As I said, I have been teaching and have been involved in education since 2014. That
means that I already has quite a lot of experience in the world of education and of
course that will help me in completing my education in the future.
Then, related to my weaknesses, I'm not a confident type of person, and that affects my
ability to speak in front public.
And to resolve that problem. I get used to watching some speeches that can be used as
examples in public speaking.

3. Kampus Tujuan dan Alasan.

After selecting and sorting the campus that has the major I'm looking for I think flinders
university is the most appropriate to choose leadership in education major.
In my opinion, all the campuses that have been provided for scholarship applicants are
world-class campuses, with world-class facilities, quality lecturers and a good
environment for self-development. so it is not difficult to choose a campus to continue
my studies but according to the majors I have chosen, flinders university is the most
appropriate.

4. Kenapa S2
I Interest in learning and developing myself, so that we can help others to do the same
in the future.
In addition, we can form an environment that is open-minded, has a fighting spirit, and
slowly becomes educated.

Currently, Indonesia's development sector is still more focused on infrastructure and
economic development, whereas human and social development are the keys to
integrated progress. I can only get this through my master's education.

5. Rencana Study dan Alasan + Kontribusi setelah kembali.

Future study plans.
I plan to develop my leadership skills, especially in the field of education because it is in
line with the education and work that I am currently in, with the hope that when I return
later I can contribute more to the institution where I work with the knowledge and
experience I have gained.
Besides that, I also aspire to establish a non-formal educational institution that can
facilitate children to discover their talents in English in preparation for hunting
scholarships like what I am currently doing.

6. Tugas dan Pengalaman Kerja

I work as an English teacher for a vocational high school.
Besides that, I was also assigned as the vice principal of the curriculum field
 Tugas Wakuri
responsibility for supervising student and staff, assisting my principal with
implementing and managing the policies, regulation, and procedures of the board
of education to ensure that all students meet and exceed the curriculum content
standards.

7. Alasan Menjadi Guru

I love being an important part of other people's future.
I enjoy interacting with students.
I like being in an educational environment.
Maybe some of these things that made me able to survive so far.

8. Hobi dan Alasan

I have a hobby that is not really related to the job I am involved in.
I like sports, especially playing soccer and futsal.
