 Find the HCF / FSTB of the numbers below:-

 Common Factor is the number which is a factor of all the given numbers.
(a) 28 and 42
 HCF is the biggest common factor of all the given numbers
Method 1: Listing / Penyenaraian
 There are four methods to determine HCF / GSTK
Factors of 28: 1, 2, 4, 7, 14, 28
(1) Listing / Penyenaraian
Factors of 42: 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 14,21, 42
(2) Repeated division / Pembahagian berulang
Common factors of 28 and 42: 1, 2, 7, 14
