Based on the data presented in Table 3.8. and Graph 3.8., we can see that indicator 3.8. Unemployment, total (% of
total labor force) (modeled ILO estimate) is in relative stagnation, with several oscilations. The indicator grew from
2008 to 2009, after which it declined to 2011, with next growth from 2015 to 2016, and again decline in 2017 and
2018. The lowest value was in 2014 (2,88) and the highestwas in 2009 (3,69). 2
