RESPONSE PAPER
“The Future Gender Equality”

The author James Wallman writes an article titled "The Future

of Gender Equality," in which he discusses the future of gender
equality in the workplace. I believe that Issues of gender equality in
the workplace come with a great deal of responsibility, and any
chosen recruiters must prioritize diversity as a corporate objective in
order to be successful. Gender inequality may arise, and a company
should make the required efforts to ensure that a workplace is as
equitable, inclusive, and varied as possible.

In my opinion, by monitoring the diversity of their applicants,

hiring managers will be able to spot any inconsistencies. When we
take the time to minimize gender discrimination, we may boost
productivity, reduce conflict, and lower the likelihood of legal
complications. Gender equality is critical for capturing the abilities,
ideas, and views that each gender has to give. Not only that, but
people choose to work for organizations that value equality.
Indeed, according to a survey, 55 percent of job searchers believe
it is essential to work for a firm that values diversity and inclusion.

In my conclusion, in order to address gender issues alongside

a problem-solving strategy, recruiters must invest equality and
engage together with clients. As a result, progress toward true
gender equality can be made, and recruiters hold the key. I believe
that promoting gender equality in the workplace should be a top
priority.
