    NAME OF MOTIF TITLE OF ART: “FIESTA NI SAN PEDRO”


    TYPE OF MOTIF: FLORAL MOTIF ART & ABSTRACT MOTIF

    Floral motif is the art of using plant material and flowers to create an eye-
    DESCRIPTION catching and balanced composition or display in which I made it the subject of
    my artwork. While the Abstract motif art uses some geometrical pattern, theme,
    lines, and shape in which I also use it as the design of the subject of my artwork.

    This artwork was inspired by the Sampaguita Festival in my hometown of San


    Pedro, Laguna, which has become known as the Sampaguita Capital of the
    EXPLANATION: Philippines. It is held every second week of February and involves a variety of
    events aimed at promoting tourism in San Pedro and rebuilding the community's
    Sampaguita industry.
