Take three pictures or draw the picture or cut out an image of any art work, the three
pictures should have different subject, source/kinds and content of art. Paste the picture in the
google docs and below it identify the arts’ subject (representational or non-representational),
source/kinds and content (factual, conventional or subjective).

SUBJECT: The subject of the first art is nudity. Art is being associated to represent how
beautiful a woman’s body is. This kind of subject is representational for it reflects the real figure
of a grown woman and represents freedom, empowerment, strength, and braveness that a
woman possesses.
SOURCE: The source of this art is from human nature. This means that the artist based his/her
ideas from human nature to create a visualization of and creativity of art. The material being
used is charcoal pencil in which it is considered as a traditional art meaning it has been made
by hand.
CONTENT: The art is factual for it can be apprehended and visualized easily.
SUBJECT: The subject of the second art is a non-representational art. This is because the art
being drawn digitally and the artist do not exist in the real world. It is just a manifestation of his
unique ideas and imaginations thus the artist creates an artwork based on fiction.
SOURCE: The artwork was based on Mythologies and other cultural beliefs. This artwork can
be perceived as a centaur in a fictional world where people are continuously immense with the
idea of having that kind of creature. This artwork was being drawn by hand but in a digital way.
CONTENT: The content of this artwork is a subjective one. For the people who view this artwork
might have different perceptions on what is the real depiction of the piece. Some may say that it
is beautiful and unique and others may oppose it. That is why the artwork does not convey a
direct meaning to the audience. The piece is being described based on how the audience
perceived the art.
SUBJECT: The subject of the art is representational. This is because it represents the nature
being used in the art. This implies that art and nature combination is a great way of making an
art. This also implies that the artist is a creative one.
SOURCE: The source of this art comes from nature. Basically because the artist used many
types of flowers and petals to make the art. The usage of nature to make an art is another way
of expressing that nature is already an art.
CONTENT: The context of this artwork is a conventional one. This is because the usage of real
materials such as flowers and petals to associate it with art depicts that the artist uses a
conventional media to create his/her piece and that is by using nature as his material.
