- Rey Ayuma, a radiologic technician working in Binayuma Medical Clinic in Barangay Poblacion 3, Carcar
City, Southern Cebu sexually harassed five (5) female patients ages 19-20
- The victims all claimed that the complainant would touch their breasts while undergoing an x-ray
examination

Issues:

- A radiologic technician repeatedly commited the act of sexual harassment towards his patients

Holding:

- Ayuma violated RA 7877, which is the anti-sexual harassment act of 1975

Rationale:

- The report was made to the Carcar police at the Women and Children’s Protection Desk and has been
investigated by the polive

Judgement:

- According to the article found, the police went to Ayuma’s house that was being rented at the time at
barangay Dapdap, but he was not found. After further research on this case there has been no further
news on the case of Rey Ayuma whether he was arrested and charged or not
