 Illness History:
Patient has this problem from an early age Patient is 42 years old lady
who has a problem of lower back pain which affects her walking
ability. The patient was 20 years old when an incident happened to
her. She was coming down the stairs when suddenly she fell down the
stairs of the 2nd floor. She went to many doctors all were said that
you will fine soon but after checking the reports they were like just
prayer can change your condition. For three months she was not able
to sit, stand or walk because her backbone was badly affected. After
three months, she was just able to sit (helped by others she can sit).
Time goes on and 6 months gone her father checked her up from
many doctors, but all said after seeing reports that she cannot recover
you just pray for her but almost after a year she can sit stand on her
own (without any help), but she had still problem in walking. By the
time passes she recovered and able to walk through assistive cane
(walking stick).
 Psychological well-being:
Patient has a hope that she will be fine one day, her family supports
her, they also gave her a hope that you will be fine, you can walk
properly. But sometimes she felt very upset due to the society in
which she lived. Basically, she was from a backward area where
people with the mindset live that marriage is the only thing in
women's life. So, by listening to such sentences she felt very upset
and depressed. But she had a strong belief in Allah that she would be
able to walk one day.
