(b) A furniture company can sell all the tables and chairs it produces. Each table requires 1
hour in the assembly centre and 1 13 hours in the finishing centre. Each chair requires
1 12 hours in the assembly centre and 1 12 hours in the finishing centre. The company’s
assembly centre is available 12 hours per day, and its finishing centre is available 15
hours per day. Let x be the number of tables produced per day and y be the number of
chairs produced per day.

(i) Write down a system of inequalities that describes all levels of production.
