Dear Parents,
Greetings!

At Habitat Private School, we understand that every policy is inextricably tied to success. It is important
to establish guidelines and protocols in a school for creating a safe learning environment and maintaining
a standard of quality for behavior thereby meeting the expectations.

Parents and students must familiarize themselves with all school policies for a smooth and structured
relationship with the school. Based on the directions given by the Ministry Of Education, all the
stakeholders are required to read in detail and understand all the school policies from the school

School Policies:
The school has disseminated the policies on Child Protection, Behavior management, Anti-bullying,
SOD, Cyber safety & security, Acceptable Use, Data protection, password policy, mobile devices,
Computing ICT, Health & Safety, COVID-19 awareness, well-being, transport, fair processing notice and
safe use of photograph and videos, on the school website and portal to accentuate the awareness on the
protocols/set of guidelines to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the school.

I have read in detail and understood the aforementioned school policies.

I solemnly pledge to abide by the information shared in the policy document and promulgate it.

Photography / Video consent:

At Habitat School, we take photographs/videos of students as part of activities, programs, or for record
purposes, especially online sessions.

for display purposes, in scholastic/other records of achievements belonging to other children, in printed
publications or materials, on the school website, to appear in the media and to have a school photograph
taken (printed/digital) which can be bought by parents, as long as the student is in the school.
