There's only so much time
As women we sometimes try to squeeze in so many activities into 1 hour or 1 day, so we can feel more accomplished. However, this tends to steal the joy out of those activities. Slow down mama, tomorrow is another day.
Your way is not perfect
As human beings, we like to have an opinion about anything that affects us, even remotely. As mums, we rely on schedules to get us through every day. But unexpected events can happen and instead of letting it ruin our day, we can adjust and re-organise. It will be much better for your mental health to not worry about every little thing - I promise.
The mistakes you make don't have
to define you The errors or mistakes you make define you to the extent that you let them.
