Be thankful for your body


Our bodies do so much for us, and most of what
happens goes on in the background. Take a moment to
think about everything your body has accomplished
today. Breathe in, breathe out, say thank you.

Your intuition is your friend


You know that inner voice, or inner feeling that
sometimes nudges you in one direction over another?
Trust that voice/feeling - it's your highest self
communicating with you.

There's only so much time


As women we sometimes try to squeeze in so many
activities into 1 hour or 1 day, so we can feel more
accomplished. However, this tends to steal the joy out
of those activities. Slow down mama, tomorrow is
another day.

Your way is not perfect


As human beings, we like to have an opinion about
anything that affects us, even remotely. As mums, we
rely on schedules to get us through every day. But
unexpected events can happen and instead of letting it
ruin our day, we can adjust and re-organise. It will be
much better for your mental health to not worry about
every little thing - I promise.

The mistakes you make don't have


to define you
The errors or mistakes you make define you to the
extent that you let them. Your successes and the things
you do right - either big or small - define you to the
extent that you let them. You get to choose.
