Environmental 01 offering 16 years of education or professional experience in the relevant
Sciences field in a National or international organization will be required.
Chemistry 01 OR
Microbiology 01 10 years Post Ph.D teaching research experience in lecturer
Pharmacy 02 scale/equivalent Grade and above in HEC recognized University or a
Degree Awarding Institution/institution offering 16 years education or
professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International
Organization.

Publications: 15 research publications with at least 5 publications in last

5 years in the HEC recognized journals.
2. Associate Ph.D in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/degree
Professor awarding institution.
BPS-20 (CPF)
English 01 Experience: At least 10 years including 04 years Post Ph.D experience in
Education 01 lecturer scale/equivalent Grade and above in HEC recognized University
Economics 01 or a degree Awarding Institution/institution offering 16 years education or
Computer Science 03 a professional experience in the relevant field in a National or
Biotechnology & 01 international organization will be required.
GE OR
Botany 01 05 years Post Ph.D teaching/research experience in HEC recognized
Chemistry 01 University or a Degree Awarding Institution/institution offering 16 years
Physics 01 education or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or
Forestry 01 international organization in lecturer scale/equivalent Grade and above.
Pharmacy 01
Nursing 01 Publications: 10 Research publications with at least 4 publications in last
5 years in the HEC recognized journals.

For Nursing Faculty

i. i. RN,RM with Post RN, MSN, MsPH/ MPH, Mphil in Nursing/Heath

Nursing 01
4. Lecturer M.Phil /MS or Equivalent degree (18 years Education) or Master degree from
BPS-18 (CPF) a foreign country in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/
J&MC 01 degree awarding institution (DAI,s with no 3rd division in the entire academic
Islamic Study 02 career.
Law 02 For Law Faculty:
Environmental 01 LLB Degree (First Class) from an HEC recognized University/ Institution
Sciences with no 3rd division in the academic career.
Mathematics 02 Note: In case of semester system CGPA-3.00 on the scale of 4.00 shall be
Medical Lab 01 considered as first division.
Technology For Nursing Faculty:
Geophysics •
01 i. RN, RM with Post RN:
Zoology 02 • 2 years post degree experience
Physical Therapy 02 ii. BSN
Nursing 01 • Post Internship 03 years’ Teaching and Administrative Experience with
valid PNC License
For Physical Therapy Faculty:
MS Physical Therapy or relevant degree (18 years’ education) from HEC
recognized University/ DAIs.

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates shall apply online through URL http://jobs.kohat.edu.pk on or before June 09, 2023.
• Fresh hiring shall be made purely on Contributory Provident Fund (CPF) basis as per KUST approved
policy.
• Application processing Fee (Non-Refundable) for the position at S.No.1 is Rs.4,000/- for S.No.2 is
Rs.3,500/- for S.No.3 is Rs.3,000/- & for S.No.4 is Rs.2,000/- to be deposited in HBL KUST Account No.
03430000100001 titled VC KUST.
• This is the responsibility of candidates to make it sure that they have uploaded all relevant documents/
information/experience certificates, published research papers and other relevant supporting information into
the online system.
• Candidates applying for the positions at S.No.1 & 2 are required to submit 04 sets and candidates applying
for the positions at S. No.3 may submit 01 set of all uploaded documents & abstracts / title pages of
published research papers (if any) along with a print out of online job application form to the office of the
Registrar on or before closing date.
• In case of publications, title of paper, name of author(s), name of journal and date of publication must be
mentioned.
• Written test will be conducted through testing agency or the University for the Positions at S.No.4.
• Candidates are strictly advised to avoid uploading invalid documents.
• No document(s) will be accepted after the deadline even during the appeal time (if any).
• Incomplete/invalid documents and documents with ambiguity shall not be accepted.
• The candidates will require to produce original documents at the time of interview.
