Product

A product is what a customer seeks in every business. Handle Dreams Institute is a

company that handles every client's desires when it comes to their planned events. Not
only that, but we also aimed to provide our clients with unparalleled access to high-end
services, what’s more exciting is that at Handle Dreams Institute, our clients have the
option of having a customized event or going with our own plan for them.

Price

Quality over price is what we want to provide to our clients, because some services are
overpriced in this generation, and it appears difficult for clients who seek a friendly price
for an event, and here in our company we wanted to give them the best deals for an
event.

Promotion

We promote on social media platforms because we live in the era where most people
have access to them, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and we can reach our
target audience through these platforms. We also have our own website, handle dreams
institute, where visitors can easily view previews and feedback on our services.

Place
The option for the location where the event will take place for the silver wedding
anniversary is in Casablanca in Pallocan West, Batangas City. We chose a location that
would complement the silver anniversary theme of time travel. We want our clients to
get a sense of being transported back in time to when they first met. In terms of
meetings, we'll convene at the designated location so that they can explore the venue
after studying the event proposal. They can also meet us at our office, where we can
comfortably talk about the plan in the lounge.

People

When our clients approach us for any event needs, we at Handle Dreams Institute want
to provide the best service possible. We embraced our customer as a family member
from the minute they approached us for their silver wedding anniversary because you
must be comfortable working with one another for an event to run smoothly. There are
people who will accommodate them during the preparations, such as the coordinator
and customer service. On the day of the event, there will be people on hand to assist
the clients. The coordinator will be present, and the leaders of various departments will
check them. We want our clients to feel like they're working with professionals, which
will lead to positive word of mouth.

Process

1. Find the right social media platform - since there are lots of social media that
people are using these days, finding the right platform that has the right audience
will be beneficial to promote your business or service and in our case, events
planning.
2. Unique Profile - After finding the right platform, if the clients search for you, your
profile is usually the first to appear in the search results.. Many profiles now
include social media icons that you can see with ease. The letter H in our logo
stands out very well.
3. Add brand hashtag - This is one easy way for people to find us. One click using
our hashtag and they can see all the posts related to Handle Dreams Institute. It
may be a promo, sale, video or even pictures.
4. Create ads - Having an audience is one of the main purposes of being in social
media but to have a specific ad is another. For example in Facebook, we can
have an ad that will pop up on people's timeline and those ads will contain our
info’s and services. Through this, more people will discover our company.
5. Contest and Giveaways - By doing fun activities, more people will interact on
your social media platform. They can tag their friends in the comment section or

L. Contingency Plan

PROBLEM CAUSE/CONTINGENCY PLAN

If the said event contains presentations or

entertainment shows, or anything else that is primarily
tech-reliant, technical issues may arise.

Contingency Plans:
Technical ● Have AV partners who are likewise tech-savvy
Difficulties on hand.
● Before the event or the day before the event, do
a dry run to ensure everything is in working
order.
● Have hard files instead of web-based ones. It
would be preferable if it was already
downloaded and stored on a flash drive.

Occasionally, the number of visitors exceeds

expectations, and there is a risk of running out of food.

Contingency Plans:
Shortage of Food
● Discuss it with the caterers right away to give
them time to come up with alternatives, such as
requesting more food or having control over the
portions served to guests, such as being the
ones to put the food on their plates.
● Make contact with a backup caterer in case
there is a food shortage on the day of the event.

Guests will be unable to attend due to frequent

changes in travel restrictions as a result of the
ongoing pandemic and new virus variants, which is
highly difficult.
Unexpected Travel
Restrictions
Contingency Plans:

● Have a livestream of the silver wedding

anniversary on a social media website
preferably facebook so guests and non-guests
who can’t attend can watch the event in their
own space.
● Check the news the day before the event for a
heads-up.

Speakers are not immune to contracting covid or

experiencing a personal issue that prevents them from
attending the event.
Speakers or hosts
unexpectedly
dropped out or Contingency Plan:
failed to appear.
● Prepare an employee or employees who are
familiar with the event's flow, can work
effectively with the IT team, and have a
dynamic personality to energize the attendees
and clients.

During events, gatecrashers are not uncommon.

Gatecrashers could be acquaintances of the clients or
complete strangers.

Security Breaches
Contingency Plans:

● Brief the security staff thoroughly so that

everyone is on the same page and knows
exactly what to do in the event of an emergency
security situation.
● Request the names of the visitors who will be
arriving and double-check that they are on the
guest list. Confirm the presence of a plus one
with the clients or the clients' relatives.

The weather can be unpredictable. The event will take

place in August, which is well-known for being one of
the rainy months in the Philippines.

Contingency Plans:
The weather has
changed for the ● Prepare ahead of time with the chosen venue to
worse. ensure that a joint plan for inclement weather is
in place such as making sure that there is no
rainwater leak inside the venue.
● For the guests' and clients’ convenience,
prepare umbrellas.

Parking issues are common, but they appear

unprofessional when they occur during a well-planned
event. Occasionally, guest arrivals may exceed
expectations or many of them bring their own cars
resulting in lack of parking.
There isn't enough Contingency Plan:
parking.
● Days before the event, find a parking spot close
to the venue that can also be used as a parking
area. For the comfort of the visitors, it should be
as close as possible to the event location, as
most of them will be dressed in formal attire.

Because the number of guests mentioned and

identified by the clients may exceed expectations, the
quantity of seats in the venue may be insufficient.

Contingency Plans:
The venue does not
have enough seats. ● Make arrangements with the venue and see if
they have any extra chairs.
● Benches in the venue that match the motif can
be used as seats.
