I. Event Proposal
A. Event Type
The silver 25th wedding anniversary is a significant wedding anniversary.
After spending a quarter-century in love with the same person is something to be
celebrated. The silver metal is robust and long-lasting, which is another way to
commemorate 25 wonderful years of marriage. The couple of Mr. and Mrs. Chan
will be celebrating their milestone in life with their friends, family, and loved ones.
C. Event Theme
It is time to commemorate the silver anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Chan. The
proposed event theme that will be suggested for Mr &Mrs. Chan is about "Time
Travel". To incorporate their milestones so that they can reminisce about the
past. Since our event's quote/tagline is about “Making a dream come true”, we
would like to give this opportunity to them to go back in the year where they said
their first vows to each other.

G. Marketing
Product
Price
Quality over price is what we want to provide to our clients, because some services are
overpriced in this generation, and it appears difficult for clients who seek a friendly price
for an event, and here in our company we wanted to give them the best deals for an
event.
Promotion
We promote on social media platforms because we live in the era where most people
have access to them, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and we can reach our
target audience through these platforms. We also have our own website, handle dreams
institute, where visitors can easily view previews and feedback on our services.
Place
The option for the location where the event will take place for the silver wedding
anniversary is in Casablanca in Pallocan West, Batangas City. We chose a location that
would complement the silver anniversary theme of time travel. We want our clients to
get a sense of being transported back in time to when they first met. In terms of
meetings, we'll convene at the designated location so that they can explore the venue
after studying the event proposal. They can also meet us at our office, where we can
comfortably talk about the plan in the lounge.
People
When our clients approach us for any event needs, we at Handle Dreams Institute want
to provide the best service possible. We embraced our customer as a family member
from the minute they approached us for their silver wedding anniversary because you
must be comfortable working with one another for an event to run smoothly. There are
people who will accommodate them during the preparations, such as the coordinator
and customer service. On the day of the event, there will be people on hand to assist
the clients. The coordinator will be present, and the leaders of various departments will
check them. We want our clients to feel like they're working with professionals, which
will lead to positive word of mouth.
Process
1. Find the right social media platform - since there are lots of social media that
people are using these days, finding the right platform that has the right audience
will be beneficial to promote your business or service and in our case, events
planning.
2. Unique Profile - After finding the right platform, if the clients search for you, your
profile is usually the first to appear in the search results.. Many profiles now
include social media icons that you can see with ease. The letter H in our logo
stands out very well.
3. Add brand hashtag - This is one easy way for people to find us. One click using
our hashtag and they can see all the posts related to Handle Dreams Institute. It
may be a promo, sale, video or even pictures.
4. Create ads - Having an audience is one of the main purposes of being in social
media but to have a specific ad is another. For example in Facebook, we can
have an ad that will pop up on people's timeline and those ads will contain our
info’s and services. Through this, more people will discover our company.
5. Contest and Giveaways - By doing fun activities, more people will interact on
your social media platform. They can tag their friends in the comment section or
make them follow our page. This will be the best way to have an engagement.
