SUB : Guidelines for phlebotomist

Phlebotomist are required to maintain to this guidelines Stated below

1. As per confirmation from Suraksha’s Home collection team that you will get all
collection assignments within 06:30 PM. And thereafter you have to call all the patients
for time confirmation and Update. If there is any error occurred like assigned collections
is out side of your sanctioned area then update it instantly before 6:45 PM with proper
prove and tag as a reassign to another phlebotomist.
2. Since we got some collections like PP of a patient is assigned to Samplify’s Phlebotomist
and Fasting is assigned to Suraksha’s Phlebotomist of the same patient then you have to
reassure the patient that PP will serviced by you and Fasting is done by Suraksha’s
Phlebotomist. If you are not convincing the patient for it and generally transfer your
collection to Suraksha’s Phlebotomist then it will be a huge business loss to our
company GoSamplify. It decreases our business Volume also so, try your best to
convince patient to do your own task.
3. And also all the reassign cases you have to sharing group within 6:50 PM. It is ensure
that it is mandatory for all phlebotomist for smooth operation And minimize the
inconveniences to our valueable customers and Clients.
