Instructions for Tutorial Assignment

The instructions are to be followed:

Students must submit their tutorial assignments through Google Classroom to the
respective teachers on or before 22/05/2023. Students must upload their
assignments only in word file not in PDF. Hand-written or scanned documents
will not be allowed. Students must follow the guidelines of MLA style sheet 9th
edition. Citation to be mentioned accordingly. Word limit should be 800 to 1000.
Students must not use any sub-heading. Topic title to be mentioned as per the
teacher's instruction.

• Times New Roman font,


• Font size- 12,
• Half inch indent at the beginning of every paragraph,
• One inch margin on all sides,
• Double spacing between lines,
• Mention your name, university roll number, registration number and paper
code/name at the top left of the first page of the write up,
• Title should be in the center (don’t make it bold and underlined),
• The header should mention your surname and page number on the top
right.
• Don’t use any subtitle/subheading.
• There should be a separate Works Cited page at the end of the essay for
the sources used. Refer to www.citethisforme.com for preparing MLA 9th
edition citations for your sources.
• Document file name should be saved with your name, university roll
number and paper code, for example, ‘Anandi Das, 2235-11-0805, CC 8’.
• There will be no provision for rough draft. Therefore, the document, which
you will submit, will be considered final.
