Subject : Public Holiday for Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2023

Greetings to all PTT Engineering Sdn Bhd staff,

Please be informed that the sighting of the moon will be carried out on Thursday, 20th April
2023. If the moon is sighted on that day therefore the 1st day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri will fall on
Friday, 21st April 2023. Business will resume as normal on Tuesday 25th April 2023 for Site office
(Kapok & H24) and on Wednesday, 26th April 2023 for Head office.
However, If the moon is not sighted then the 1st day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri will fall on Saturday,
22nd April 2023. Business will resume as normal on Wednesday, 26th April 2023 for Site office
(kapok & H24) and on Thursday, 27th March 2023 for Head office.
The outcome of the sighting of the moon is expected to be announced on Radio & Television
Brunei between 7.00 pm and 8.00 pm on Thursday 20th April 2023. Staff should be guided by this
announcement.
