• Click on “Your Claims” and then “Submit Claim online” to submit your claim.

 Please select the “Bain and Company India Private Limited – GMC” from the dropdown and you will be redirected to the
Medibuddy portal. (Please enable pop-up blocker so that it can be navigated to next page. Coordinate with TSG team to get
the same enabled)

 Please select the desired year i.e current year and click on the “Home” menu to see homepage of this portal

• To submit the hospitalisation expenses, please click on “Hospitalisation Claim” to submit IPD claim and click on “Domiciliary
claims” to submit the OPD expenses. Post clicking on the respective option, you will have to follow the steps which will be
displayed on the screen.

• Select the beneficiary for whom you wish to
submit the claim
• Fill the E-Mail id and phone number. Click

on the “I Agree” checkbox under Bank
details section
• In case if you are filing the claim for the

“HomeCare treatment”, please click on the
box else leave it blank
• Put Date of admission and Date of

discharge
• Select Hospital Name and in case if the

treatment is taken in network hospital the
portal shall ask you for the reason for not
opting cashless.

• Select the treatment name in case if you
are not able to find out the treatment from
the dropdowns , click on other and mention
the name
• Fill the claim amount and click on continue

documents which are uploaded.
You can upload the KYC
documents also in case if the
same are not uploaded or you

can also replace the attachments
with the new files.
