amfori QMI 实施条款 - 生产商

We, as a Producer of amfori QMI Participant, agree:

作为 amfori QMI(质量管理倡议）参与者的生产商，我们同意：

1. To declare our participation in amfori QMI audit and relevant activities;

声明我们将参与 amfori QMI 审核及相关活动；

2. To ensure all relevant staff in our company understand amfori QMI’s requirements and aligned on our
participation in the amfori QMI activities;
确保本司所有相关员工都明白 amfori QMI 的要求，在参与 amfori QMI 活动方面予以配合且行动一
致；

3. To take due note of the amfori QMI Guidance for Producers and observe and conform to the amfori
QMI system in its entirety, based on a developmental oriented approach and without amendment;
仔细了解 amfori QMI 生产商指引，确保采取以持续改善发展为导向的模式，完全遵守 和符合
amfori QMI 体系的整体要求，不会修改；

4. To ensure at least one member of staff in our company dealing with amfori QMI attend the amfori
QMI Producers’ briefing webinar (or listen to the replay of the webinar) within three (3) months of
signing this Terms of Implementation;
确保在签署本实施条款的三个月内，安排本司至少一名负责 amfori QMI 事务的员工参加针对生产
商的 amfori QMI 线上介绍会（或收听 amfori QMI 线上介绍会的录音回放）；

5. To ensure the amfori QMI Master Data Form will be properly filled up with accurate information prior
to the first amfori QMI audit as this will ensure the QMI audit can be conducted in the best efficient
manner;
确保在开展首次 amfori QMI 审核前，准确妥善填写 amfori QMI 生产商信息表，以确保 QMI 审核
能在最高效的情况下进行；

6. To allow the recognised auditor to take photos at our production areas which are relevant to amfori
QMI audit and the photos will be included in the audit report; And the report will be uploaded by the
recognised auditor onto the amfori Sustainability Platform which is accessible to amfori Members who
participate in amfori QMI;

由被认可的审核员在本司与 amfori QMI 审核相关的生产区域拍照且该等照片将被包含在 amfori

QMI 审核报告中；并将该报告上传至 amfori 可持续发展平台供参与 amfori QMI 的 amfori 会员浏
览；

7. To ensure that in case of any non-compliances identified, we will make relevant remediation in the
best possible manner;
若发现不合规事项，确保本司尽力采取相关改善措施；

8. To cooperate when there is a request from amfori to conduct a witness audit and/or duplicate audit
under the amfori QMI audit quality assurance programme in addition to the usual amfori QMI audit;
除常规 amfori QMI 审核外，如根据 amfori QMI 审核质量保证计划，amfori 提出需进行见证审核和
/或重复审核的要求，本司会给予配合；

8. To maintain and update our company’s data and user data on the amfori Sustainability Platform at
least once per year;
维护并每年至少更新一次在 amfori 可持续发展平台上的本公司数据和用户资料；

9. To preserve the reputation of amfori QMI and its Participants and that any statement, written or
verbal, that defames, disparages or in any way criticises reputation of amfori QMI and its Participants is
not permitted. We understand that our company will be liable for any referred misbehaviour;
为保护 amfori QMI 及其参与者的声誉，不可发布任何诽谤、贬低或以任何方式批评 amfori QMI 及
其参与者的书面或口头声明。我们理解本司将对上述不当行为承担责任；

10. To instruct our employees and representatives when accessing confidential information regarding
amfori QMI and its Participants to use such information for the purpose of amfori QMI participation only
and not to divulge any such information to third parties. We understand that, should any company
employee, or third party, contravene the aforesaid, our company shall be liable;
当获取有关 amfori QMI 及其参与者的机密资料时，指示本司员工和代表，此类资料仅限参与
amfori QMI 时使用，不可将资料泄露给第三方。我们理解若有任何员工或第三方违反上述规定，
本司将承担责任；

11. That amfori QMI team may attend amfori QMI activities or work at our production sites, delivered by
recognised amfori QMI Auditing Service Providers or Audit Quality Assurance Programme Partner, with
prior notice given to both the amfori QMI Participant and us;
在事先给予 amfori QMI 参与者和本公司通知的情况下，amfori QMI 团队可以参加由获认可的
amfori QMI 审核服务提供商或审核质量保证计划的合作伙伴在我们的工厂进行的 amfori QMI 活动
或工作 ；

12. That when communicating amfori QMI participation, the amfori QMI communication material will be
used with respect to the amfori guidelines, i.e. logo, website, as provided by the amfori team.
当需就有关参与 amfori QMI 的情况进行沟通时，根据 amfori 指引来使用 amfori QMI 资讯材料，
如：amfori 团队所提供的标识、网站等。
