CLASS ACTIVITY -2

Andrew Hollingsworth is the vice president of the First Franklin Securities. He maintains a very good
relationship with Sierra Robinson, Executive Director of the Outreach Children’s Charity (3501 Beale
Street, Memphis TN36110). He has recently been asked by Sierra Robinson to make a handsome
donation to the charity in the upcoming charity gala organized by the organization.

He highly appreciates the works of this organization which provide help and support to the
disadvantaged, physically challenged, sick and needy children around the world. Among many other
programs that Andrew finds commendable is the Sunshine Coach program, which provides passenger
vans to worthy children's organizations around the globe.

Andrew thinks that they are one of the most promising charities brining a change in the world, hence he
has contributed to their various causes in the past without any hesitation. Although this and many other
charities that he regularly donates to are not directly related to his business, he still makes the
contributions.

Andrew sincerely want to donate to their cause, but the company is going through financial turmoil and
he could only limit the charitable endeavors to those that are directly related to the business.
