This document will help you understand our legal relationship. This document illustrates what Future
Labs Group of Company (PVT) LTD offer you under the product PTE LABS, what data we collect from
you, how we protect them and your limitations of using PTE LABS resources. This document also
specifies all the obligations you need to meet until you complete receiving our services.
1. What user data we collect or access:
When you visit the website, we may collect or access the following data:
a. Your personal information associated with your google account, your personal
information you made publicly available, and your email address.
b. Other information such as interests and preferences.
c. Data profile regarding your online behaviour on our website.
d. Pearson logging information including username and password.
2. Why we collect your data:
We collect your data for several reasons:
a. To better understand your needs.
b. To improve our services and products.
c. To send you promotional emails containing the information we think you will find
interesting.
d. To contact you to fill out surveys and participate in other types of market researches.
e. To customize our website according to your online behaviour and personal
preferences.
f. For safeguarding and Securing the Data.

your information confidential. Future Labs Group of Company (PVT) LTD has done all in its
power to prevent data theft, unauthorized access to data, and disclosure of personal
information by implementing the latest technologies and software, which help us
safeguard all the information we collect online.
3. Our cookie policy
a. We use cookies to improve your user experience. Those are the small functionalities
used to collect and store some information in the web while you are using it. Cookies
may send information to us including your behaviour and information you access
during the session.
b. Once you agree to allow our website to use cookies, you also agree to let us retrieving
data they collect regarding your online behaviour. We could calculate the web traffic,
web pages you spend the time on, websites you visit and the content you access
during the time you use our website.
c. The data we collect by using cookies is used to customize our website to your needs.
We completely remove these data from our systems after they are used for statistical
analysis and product improvement purposes.
d. Please note that cookies don't allow us to gain control of your computer. They are
strictly used to monitor your behaviour and keep the information required during the
session to improve your user experience.

e. If you want to disable cookies, you can do it by accessing the settings of your internet
browser. However, you may not be able to benefit a better user experience without
enabling the cookies.
4. Links to other websites
a. Our website could contain links that lead to other websites. Future Labs Group of
Company (PVT) LTD won’t take the responsibility for your data and privacy protection
when you visit those links. Visiting those websites is not governed by this privacy
policy/agreement.
5. Restricting the collection of your personal data
During the registration or at some point, you might wish to restrict the use and collection of
your personal data. You can achieve this by doing the following:
a. You may leave the check box unchecked during the subscription or registration, if you
don't want to disclose your personal information.
b. If you have already agreed to share your information and if you need to change your
preference, then feel free to contact us via email and we will change as required.
Future Labs Group of Company (PVT) LTD will not lease, sell or distribute your personal
information to any third party, without your permission. We might do so if the law enforces
us. Your personal information will be used when we need to send promotional materials.
6. Your class registration and activation
a. If you get enrolled with our payment plan option then, you will get only two weeks to
complete your second half of the payment from your first payment date (Conditions
apply). If you failed to complete your payment on or before the due date then, your
class registration will be cancelled by the Future Labs Group of Company (PVT) LTD
management.
b. For PTE you may start taking classes only for speaking module stage 1 and stage 2 and
the Reading module stage 1, since the completion of the second payment, thus to be
able to access complete databases and the resources you must complete the full
payment. For CCL 6 topic materials will be allocated and you may take stage 1 and 2
classes until the full payment is completed.
c. If you receive any form of discount, then you are not entitled to apply for payment
plan options.
d. You need to complete the payment and submit the online student’s registration form
with the attachment of proof of the payment (slip), and NIC copies, and your profile
will be activated within 48 hours of the submission (Terms and conditions apply:
Profile activation could be delayed due to delays in receiving of the payment – need
to be reflected).
e. You will receive “Welcome to PTE LABS” email with all the information you need to
access your active profile.

7. Participate in sessions
a. You are agreed that you have referred the session timetable and you are willing to
take session according to provided session availability. You are responsible of knowing
the session times according to your time zone and we won’t be able to change or offer
you different session times apart from what has been shown in the given time table.
b. Once the registration is completed you can access unlimited sessions facility and you
are eligible to access all class materials and online platforms until you reach your
desired PTE Academic band score. This will be considered according to the
information you have provided at the registration.
c. Attend the session in time: The students need to log in 5 minutes before the session
starting time to avoid disrupting other participants. The session will be locked
automatically after 5 minutes from the session starting time and students are not
allowed to login to the session after 5 minutes from the scheduled starting time.
8. Maintaining your active profile:
a. Student profile will be suspended if the student has been inactive for more than four
consecutive calendar weeks (30 consecutive days) in the class scheduling system by
not participating to a session.
b. Please be aware if you stay inactive it means you have either completed the course
and/or taken the test and no longer required our assistance or you have decided to
defer the program. If that occurs, then your enrolment will be terminated.
c. If you withdraw the course during the training, then your training history will be
reflected as “Incomplete”.
d. If the student doesn’t attend training sessions without notifying us of a reason with
justification (critical health issues – which can be proved with signified medical
documents), then the student enrolment will be terminated.
e. If you have booked a training session and didn’t attend that particular session on time,
or didn’t attend that particular session, then it won’t be considered as a genuine
attempt of taking the session.
f. Making a late attempt to participate for sessions will not be considered as a genuine
participation and it won’t count against maintaining your profile active.
g. Student enrolment/profile could be cancelled due to an unprofessional behaviour of
the student or due to violation of this agreement.

9. Using company resources:

a. Future Labs Group of Company (PVT) LTD will allow you to access course materials,
get assistance from teachers and administration staff, and use online training
tools/platforms. As an active user you are solely responsible of not to misuse, damage
or course any form of direct or indirect harm to any of these resources and you must
respect your teachers, administration staff and other students during the time you
use our services.
b. You must comply to company’s or your registered program’s current process
regarding booking your lab sessions, session bookings, participation in sessions and
accessing materials.
c. You’re not allowed to make any form of copies of our resources, taking pictures,
making audio or video recordings of any resources or people that could harm, insult,
irritate or impact physically, emotionally to any of our staff, students, clients or any
personal who could physically present at any of our premises or someone who could
engage online. All our resources including company processes are protected under Sri
Lankan business acts.
10. Reactivation of inactive profile:
a. If your student account was suspended for surpassing 30days inactive period to
reactivate your student account you will have to pay a fee of LKR 10000/- or AUD 80/-
or USD 65/- (depending on which currency you have use to pay your student fee at
the registration) for each student profile.
b. You cannot reactivate a terminated student account after 90 days from the
cancelation, the full package amount will have to be paid to reactivate the account.
11. Non-refund Policy:
a. Future Labs Group of Company (PVT) LTD don’t offer refunds under any
circumstances.
b. If you withdraw the course during the training, then your training history will be
reflected as “Incomplete” and you will still be charged the full course fee.
c. You agree at the registration that you cannot withdraw the course fees that you have
paid fully or partially even you have not used any of the resources. Future Labs Group
of Company (PVT) LTD don’t offer refunds under any circumstances.

Provision of our services unconditionally restrict any form of coping, manipulating, adapting,
reproducing, modifying, referring any of the content we provide during the course beyond your own
use according to the service you are granted. You are strictly prohibited to use this course resources
for any commercial interest. You are not allowed to use any of the content of this course for other
purposes than it is for your studies without a written permission from Future Labs Group of Company
(PVT) LTD.
Future Labs Group of Company (PVT) LTD offer unlimited access to PTE training resources and classes
for active candidates. We maintain an interactive and fully equipped online platform with cutting edge
technology to facilitate your study needs. While we strongly value your success, we are still obligated
to our company policy. Please utilize our resources to your maximum capacity and reward us with
your success story.

I understand that if my profile get cancelled, then I would have to pay the

offer refunds under any circumstances as it is explained under the section: 11
I understand that if I use the payment plan option, then I could participate only
for the following until I pay in full as it is explained under the section: 6b
PTE: Speaking sessions stage 1 and stage 2 and Reading stage 1
CCL: Stage 1 and 2
Only 6 topic martials will be allocated
I understood & agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement from page 01 to 04 of Future
Labs Group of Company.
