INFORMATION

The Provincial Prosecutor of Batangas, by the undersigned, accuses Boy, a resident of

Barangay Camansi, Municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas, for Rape by Carnal
Knowledge under Article 266-A in relation to Article 266-B of the Revised Penal Code, as
amended by Republic Act 8353, committed as follows:

That on or about May 1, 1998, in Barangay Bauan, Batangas City, and within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, accused, with lust and lewd design, did there and then
willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously by means of force, violence and intimidation, that is by
then and there threatening the victim X, with a knife, which he was holding at the time should
she not agree to submit herself to his criminal designs, did there and then willfully, unlawfully,
and feloniously lie and have carnal knowledge of herein victim, against her will and consent,
to the damage of said victim.
