I – About the Industry and the Company

▪ I am producing oil in Oil Refinery with the Company name BES-AT4-A48-OIL. My business is at level 7.
Production is 182 oil per hour, and the energy consumption is 545. Also, the total production is 2, 917,
and the daily wages for the management is 3, 827. (Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL)
• Enumerate the Company Name per Team Member, Company Level, Production, and the Energy Consumption
II – Market
• What was observed while managing the products inside the Market?
▪ The prices of the products are ever-changing, one cannot predict whether they will rise or fall.
They can also be affected by certain conditions in the game like virtual natural phenomenon
(Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL).
• What are the strategies used?
▪ One of the strategies used was to sell a lot products when they are at high price, and sell less
when the prices are low. When purchasing products not produced by our company, we choose the
products that are at the lowest in their price chart, and then, we wait for the prices to increase
before selling the products that we bought (Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL).
• Did it work? What is/are the impact/s with your decision/action?
▪ It worked quite well because we were able to maximize profitable and minimize costs (Tayurang,
BES-AT4-A48-OIL).
• Use bullets to highlight each company/code.
• In paragraph form

III – Buildings
• What is your Warehouse Level?
▪ Level 4 (Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL)
• What is your Production Facility Level?
▪ Level 8 (Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL)
• What is your Assessment Center Level?
▪ Level 5 (Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL)
• What are the advantages and disadvantage experienced in staying in a specific buildings/machinery level?
▪ One of the advantages when we stay in a specific level of machinery or buildings is that we
already get accustomed to the pace of production and product consumption after being in the
same level of buildings for quite a while. On the other hand, the disadvantage is that there isn’t a
significant change in the business if we remain in the same level of buildings (Tayurang, BES-AT4-
A48-OIL).
• What are the advantages and disadvantage experienced in upgrading your buildings/machinery level?
▪ An advantage when we upgrade our buildings and machinery is that the status of the business
performance improves. Production and profitability are also enhanced. Meanwhile, one of the
disadvantages is that it is costly and time-consuming in terms of construction (Tayurang, BES-AT4-
A48-OIL).
• What is/are the impact/s with your decision/action?
▪ It greatly impacts the direction of where the business is going. The decision affects the earnings
and the corporate value of the company (Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL).
• Use bullets to highlight each company/code.
• In paragraph form

IV – Management
• What are the positions filled?
▪ Positions occupied are the CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, and Director under the CFO (Tayurang, BES-AT4-
A48-OIL). The strategy used for hiring is the assessment of their skill rates whether they can
perform in the needed position well. The overall efficiency is 113.60%. When it comes to impact
towards the business, choosing the right people to manage the business would affect its efficiency,
production, and profitability. Our decisions in hiring positively affected the business since it
generated positive results (Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL).
• Use bullets to highlight each company/code.
• In paragraph form

V – Investors
• How many investments did you receive within the three (3) day simulation?
▪ I received 4 investments, one of which was scheduled this Saturday. Overall, I received
approximately 34 000 from two of my investors. For the strategy used in accepting investments,
since we are in need of financial help, I accept calls from all investors, I then persuade them to
invest higher than their proposed amount (Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL).
• Use bullets to highlight each company/code.
• In paragraph form

VI – Statistics

• (Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL)
▪ Day 1: 113, 280
▪ Day 2: 186, 345
▪ Day 3: 258, 863

VIII – Overall Learning from the Simulation 1

 The simulation taught us that in the business world, factors are unpredictable. But with the right strategies,
we can maximize our production and profitability. It takes a lot of time and effort to manage a business.
Moreover, it requires dedication and intricate planning to realize the ideals made for the business. We must
create tactics in approaching whatever the changes occur, and always have a clear direction for the business
as a whole (Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL).
