The industry that I was engage into is Oil Refinery. It is a type of business where I
produce and sells Oils. So far, i produce 167 oils per hour and consumed 500 energy per hour.
The company is named as BES-AT4-A9-OIL and it was founded on April 21,2021. The
company hired 8 employees with a salary of 7,364 all in all to help the company to grow.
Moreover, the employees have 121.60% efficiency which is a great way to increase the
production of the company. In three days, the company have produced a total of 4,150 oils.
II – Market

What I have observed while managing the products in the market is the constant change
of the prices. The prices change continually due to an increasing or decreasing demand caused by
environmental changes. The strategies that I used to keep the Corporation Value rising is I
focused on selling oils and at the same time buying energy more often because you cannot
produce oils without energy. Also, I keep on upgrading my facilities like the Production Facility,
warehouse and assessment center in order to work 2x faster. I have observed that applying this
strategy had increased my corporation's value.
III – Buildings
• BES-AT4-A9-OIL
My Warehouse building is on the level on level 4 which can cater 200 oils and above
while my Production Facility building is on level 8 which can produce 140 oils and as of the
Assessment Center, it’s on level 7 which it contains 8 employees.
One of the advantages of staying in the same buildings/machinery level is that it would
not cost you money however your production will stay the same and with that being said it will
not improve the performance of your company.
On the other hand, one of the benefits of upgrading your buildings is that it will increase
the production of your company especially when you focus in the Production Facility. It helps to
make your corporation value rise in an instant and the disadvantage is that it will cost you a huge
amount of money.
I decided to keep on upgrading every single building that I have. It was a success even
though I spent most of my money in upgrading. All in all, my decisions have a positive outcome
to the overall performance of the company because it helped my corporation value to rise. It
made every penny worth the spent.
IV – Management

The management area is consisting of 8 individuals that works together to help the
company to improve its corporation value. The positions are CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, one
director under the CFO, one director under COO and lastly 2 directors under CTO. The strategy
that I used in hiring is by looking at their skills, strength and weaknesses. The company’s overall
efficiency is 121.60% and I can really say that it has a positive impact to the company’s
corporate value because they helped me manage the company to improve the production and
corporation value quickly.
V – Investors

In three days, there were 3 people who invested in my company. I have received a total of
78, 859. In accepting the offers by the investors, my strategy is to accept the average or
the highest offer without second thought because not all investors accept expensive deals.
