2) What was the most incredible activity you did on your trip? What did you do?
The most incredible activity was...I once traveled to Coveñas Sucre for a cousin's birthday.
That day I had a boat ride and visited nearby beaches and also some beautiful colorful
corals. It was very amazing, that has been one of my best experiences because I fed a lot of
fish.
3) What was the most expensive place you visited in your city?
The most expensive place I have visited in my city is a restaurant called Malbec, this
restaurant has a variety of wines and interesting dishes. you can eat octopus and a lot of
seafood. Also, you have to tip the waiters.
5) What are the worst things that have happened to you on a trip? Mention two.
One of the worst things that ever happened to me on a trip was that my cell phone was
stolen on the beach. I was bathing in the sea and I left it on a table and when I went to look
for it, it was gone. It had been stolen. The other thing was that, while walking on the beach,
I cut my foot with a glass from a bottle. It was very painful.

Hiromi: Well, I thought that it was going to be hard for me because I was going to be
in an unknown city, but I liked the people here. Since I arrived here, I have been
surprised by its culture.

Hiromi: Well, once I felt so lonely because I didn’t know anyone and woke up that
morning crying, as you know I have met a few Vietnamese students at the university;
and they have given me some advices*advice to live here.
Cristo: What did you miss from your country?
Hiromi: I miss*missed the food and my family. In fact, I have received letters from my

Vietnam.

the educational system in Canada?
