 It was already 2 years since Pandemic started. Nobody was ready for it to
happen. We closed our borders. We had lockdowns. We don’t even know when will this
nightmare ends. But still as what always humans do, we learn, we adapt and we
survive. Though the pain and fear still intact on us, we consistently striving.

Even businesses are not exempted in this outbreak. Many have failed and others
are managing. It changes the way of work, from face-to-face setup to digital to promote
employee’s health. According to Kane et al. (2021), employees are tending to be more
productive with the new mode of work such as Remote work. Though is has its
drawbacks where employees are having a hard time to create newer ideas and
communication is being neglected.
