Dear Sir, Requesting permission for a field visit for Upper kotmale Hydro Power Project The curriculum of the Department of Electrical Engineering demands undergraduates to participate in several field visits .Accordingly 70 undergraduates of the Department of Electrical Engineering accompanied by 8 lecturers are planning on a Field visit to Upper Kotmale Hydro Power Project on 8th and 9th of September. This field visit is of great importance to the undergraduates as they would get the opportunity to experience the real world applications of the theoretical knowledge gained about working principles of a power plant. So it would be really beneficial to the undergraduates if permission could be granted to visit the power plant on the above mentioned dates. A list of the names and the NIC numbers of the undergraduates and the lecturers who are attending is enclosed with this letter. Thank You. Yours faithfully,
