To Whom It May Concern:

Attached for your information is a copy of the letter I sent and was received by Mrs. Guadalupe Morales,
Director of Membership LULAC National last April 15, 2023.

I have not received a response to the letter or my membership card mentioned.

I provided in a timely manner the information and answered what was requested on the frivolous /
baseless charges against myself that led to an apparent unfounded suspension.

My official response to the charge stated in my letter dated March 9th 2023; the 162nd Civil District Court
of Dallas, Texas never issued any summons, warrant or declaration based on evidence that the TRO DC-
22-08603 was violated; nevertheless, I was informed TRO was dismissed by the plaintiff due to lack of
evidence; clearly that will clean my name and the others who were unfoundedly accused or sanctioned.

I ask that my membership card be issued as I am a member in good standing, thus allowing me to run for
office and allow my democratic right to vote at the local and national elections.

RE: 2023 MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

As I requested previously, you never sent me the official communication and reasons or who
directed you not to comply with your duties and responsibilities as LULAC National Director of
membership in denying my renewal of membership dues.

After 34 years as a LULAC member in good standing, it is disrespectful unlawful and

unconstitutional to randomly deprive me from my membership for that reason attached you will
find a money order with my dues for this year 2023.
