TIPL is a company engaged in providing Enterprise Communication Solutions, Cloud Contact Centres and
Home Broadband solutions in India. The Company owns Unified License and Authorisations for providing
wired/wireless Category-A internet services to homes and enterprise customers across India.
TIPL operates its business in three segments-
• Broadband for enterprise customers (“Enterprise Segment”): Corporate customers opting for
internet, VPN and MPLS services for use by the organisation for business purposes.
• Cloud Based Contact Center Solutions. (“Enterprise Segment”) : Corporate customers wanting to
scale their customer engagement process for lead generation, Customer Care, Customer retention,
Collection/Recovery processes, with zero capex and unique Pay As You Grow approach.
• Broadband for home customers (“WIBRO Segment”): Residential customers opting for internet for
self consumption.
For the year ended 31 March 2022, the Company recorded operating revenue and EBITDA of INR 220
Crores.
Tikona is a Zero debt company.

Tikona – Management Trainee Program
Responsibilities
• You will be trained on complete portfolio of products and solutions being offered by the company.
• Formulate Account plans and execute near term and long term roadmap for engagement.
• Pitch Company’s range of products and solutions to Key Decision Makers.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and Customer support.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction and future growth of business.
Requirements and skills
• Excellent Communication skills. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• An aptitude to grasp technology and implement sales strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Reasonable level of XL proficiency and quantitative abilities will be an added advantage.
• A degree in Management or Business
Program Details
• This program is open for Candidates willing to join immediately.
• Candidates graduating from their MBA program in April-May-June
2023, can join the program as Management Trainee – Interns, till
such time that they get their passing certificate, with prior approval
from the college.
• Post Internship – Candidates will be paid ___ lacs p.a.as their starting
salary plus Sales Incentives as per company policy.
• During Internship candidates will be offered a stipend of Rs 15000/-
plus Sales Incentives as per company policy.
