The fresh approval being sought merely ‘on account of increasfég in cost in terms of revision of GST rate from 12% to 18%. In this respect already detailed discussion has been done in presence of Spl. Mpl. Commissioner (Revenue), CMF&A and all DGs. The revision of rate has been notified by the Government and no policy decision is required to be taken by the KMC. Thus, there is no need for approval from the Municipal Commissioner.
