(2) The amount Rs. 3,78,64,164 is released to the Kolkata Municipal Corporation in their respective Bank Account, (Axis Bank, Lelin Sarani Branch, Account No.- 922010044488581, IFS Code — UTIBoo02261). (3) Amount is hereby released for setting up of 17 (seventeen) U-HWCs (list annexed) based on the requisition and the estimated amount received from Kolkata Municipal Corporation. (4) The fund will be utilised to set up Urban Health & Wellness Centres, no other work will be taken up or implemented other than actual approved activity.
