David was a small shepherd boy who was called by God to slay Goliath.
David trusted in the LORD at all times.
David became king and was a successful ruler.
David lived his whole life living up to his name.
David = A man after God's own heart.
HOWEVER!
David had failed God MANY times. David is possibly the most repetitive sinner
recorded in Bible and yet still came back to God in confidence.

2 Samuel 12:13
13 David responded to Nathan, “I have sinned against the Lord.” Then Nathan
replied to David, “And the Lord has taken away your sin; you will not die.
2 Samuel 12:13

Natan, “Pinapatawad ka na ni Yahweh at hindi ka mamamatay.

|| We Learn ||

1. We learn through David that we can trust and live in God and still fall into
sin.
2. We learn that our accomplishments and achievements could not have been done
without the LORD.
3. We learn being a Christian isn't easy.

| Being Chosen Doesn't Mean Sinless |

Romans 3.10-12
10 as it is written: There is no one righteous, not even one. 11 There is no
one who understands; there is no one who seeks God. 12 All have turned away; all
alike have become worthless. There is no one who does what is good,
not even one.
Roma 3.10-12
10 Ayon sa nasusulat, “Walang matuwid, wala kahit isa. 11 Walang
nakakaunawa, walang naghahanap sa Diyos. 12 Ang lahat ay lumihis ng landas at
nagpakasama. Walang gumagawa ng mabuti, wala kahit isa.”

23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God;
