Abandoned Estate Greenhill-Western Area:

All of these abandoned houses, farms, mansions, forts, and inns can be found within
the western side of the Greenhill area, no more than six days of travel from the
city of Greenville. Each of these properties is situated within one of the distinct
subregions, offering unique restoration opportunities for potential owners.

Houses:

1. Oak Cottage (Greenhill Forest): A one-story, 800 sq ft stone cottage in Greenhill Forest with
two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The damaged thatched roof reveals
glimpses of the wooden rafters and attic space above.

2. Ivy Bungalow (Farmlands): A 1,000 sq ft brick bungalow in the Farmlands with two
bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a dining area, and a kitchen. A disused, ivy-covered patio
extends from the back of the house, overlooking the overgrown garden.

3. Birch Homestead (High Peaks): A two-story, 1,400 sq ft clapboard house in the High Peaks
with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a small study.
A wooden fence encloses the property, and a rickety staircase leads up to a spacious attic.

Farmlands:

1. Golden Wheat Farm (Farmlands): A 2,000 sq ft farmhouse in the Farmlands with four
bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. The 3,000 sq ft barn
offers storage and space for livestock. The surrounding 20 acres of fields are suitable for crops.

2. Apple Grove Farm (Greenhill Forest): A 1,800 sq ft farmhouse in Greenhill Forest with three
bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. The 1,500 sq ft barn
provides space for storage and animals. The 15-acre property features a five-acre apple orchard.

Mansions:

1. Whispering Estate (Greenhill Forest): A secluded, 5,500 sq ft Victorian mansion with four
bedrooms, three bathrooms, a drawing room, a study, a conservatory, and secret passages. It
lies deep within the forest.

2. Moonlit Chateau (Greenhill Forest): A 5,000 sq ft French Renaissance-style chateau with

four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a grand hall, a library, and a wine cellar. It's hidden in the
forest.
Forts:

1. Fort Everwatch (Greenhill Forest): Hidden deep within the dense Greenhill Forest, Fort
Everwatch is a 15,000 sq ft ancient fort that was once a vital outpost for defending the nearby
settlements. The wooden palisades, now overtaken by ivy and moss, surround a central courtyard
that contains the remains of several structures, including a crumbling barracks capable of
housing up to 30 soldiers, a mess hall with a large hearth, a stable for horses, and an armory
for weapons and equipment. The fort also features a watchtower that offers a view of the forest
canopy and any approaching threats. Despite its age, the basic structure of Fort Everwatch is
still intact, but it will require significant work to restore it to its former glory and make it
habitable again.

Inns:

1. Glimmering Lantern (Greenhill Forest): A 2,800 sq ft riverside inn nestled in Greenhill Forest
with eight guest rooms, a cozy common room, a small kitchen, a small dining area, and a cellar.
The wooden structure, warped by water damage, was abandoned after a flood. It needs a full
repair.

Please note that these properties will require extensive renovations and repairs to
bring them back to their former glory.
Additionally, taxes on the land and any future income generated from the properties
will be collected by the ruling regional noble and local tax collectors. Prospective
buyers should be prepared to meet these financial obligations as they invest in
restoring and maintaining their chosen properties in the Greenhill area.
